JACLYN ANNE R. ORDOŃEZ is a seasoned Tax and Corporate lawyer with thirteen (13) years of experience advising global and multinational companies on complex corporate investments and transactions, crossborder and inbound tax matters, investment structuring, regulatory compliance, corporate registrations, and tax controversy matters.
